With 35 lbs (15.8 kg) of lift and a low profile design, the NOMAD LS performs in all levels of sidemount diving. With additional lift typically needed toward the lower back when sidemounting, the combination of its diamond shape and contour of the bladder create this lift achieving the optimum trim. A unique zero lift baffle at the top of the wing allows for air travel to the top dump, but prevents an air bubble from forming.
A deluxe-style webbing harness using pivot rings on the shoulders provides a comfortable and customizable fit for nearly any size diver. The SuperFabric™ shoulder strap pads provide added durability from abrasions along with a channel on the left shoulder strap for the exhaust valve’s pull dump cord allowing for easy access. The cross-chest strap and a 2-inch (5 cm) padded crotch strap holds the harness securely in place, preventing unwanted shifting or movement of the harness no matter what type of diving you’re doing. The harness on the LS is removable if it needs to be replaced in the future.

- With the valves on the front/inside of the wing, the corrugated inflator hose routes from the bottom/right of the wing up the diver’s side and secures to the chest, shoulder strap D-ring with a bungee loop for easy access. A second dump valve is located at the bottom, left corner of the wing. With the versatility of the NOMAD LS and the ability to customize to your preference, the corrugated inflator hose and left-side dump valve can be used on either side of the wing by simply unscrewing each valve and swapping positions. With a third dump valve located at the top/inside of the wing with a pull cord routed down the left shoulder strap, there are multiple, easy access points to vent air from the wing with either hand. An optional 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) lift-capacity bailout bladder is available for divers needing a redundant source of buoyancy (model BC4575-DUAL).
The NOMAD LS includes Dive Rite's Adjustable Bungee System, which allows for easy length adjustment to fit any diver without needing to tie knots. It consists of: 30″ of adjustable bungee on each side along with a 2″ stainless ring, medium quick link and medium snap. The Adjustable Bungee System also allows a diver to use any bungee configuration they desire, including: ring bungee, loop bungee with snap, and loop bungee. A set of chokers are included for divers using Dive Rite's "ring bungee and choker method". The butt plate, made of reinforced nylon to provide the proper amount of rigidity to hold tanks in position and eliminate sag along with two stainless steel rails, provides the lower attachment point for cylinders. -

This system was designed having the needs of extended cave penetrations and decompression divers in mind. It is perfectly capable of supporting multiple stages while still being streamlined even when fully inflated.
Made of extra durable 1100 Dernier TEX Cordura produced in Germany, the upper part of the bladder is reinforced to provide protection where it is most needed. The inner shell is coated with an antibacterial layer that doesn’t wash off for long lasting health protection.
Need a back up? The XDEEP STEALTH 2.0 TEC is available with a redundant bailout bladder: the STEALTH 2.0 TEC RB. The corrugated inflator hose can be installed on the left or right side of the BC. The dump valve is conveniently placed at the center of the bottom part of the wing. No need to roll on the side when releasing air, which is a great convenience when diving with multiple stages.

- For those who prefer a streamlined rig without buckles, chest strap or padding, the BASIC harness is a clean, simple harness intended for use with hard metal backplates.
2-inch (50mm) nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. The harness is adjustable by cutting off excess webbing once diver has sized the harness to his body stature. The standard 2-inch webbing also allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories, depending on the needs and desires of the individual diver.
Tubular webbing sleeves are included for all points where webbing comes into contact with the backplate to prevent abrasion.

- This 2inch wide crotch strap is 42inches/106.6cm long and has a 2,800lbs tensile strength. Wide crotch straps are preferred by divers who use scooters (DPVs) for extended periods of time due to the added comfort the 2inch width provides.
The crotch strap is used for fastening a harness and backplate securely to a diver's body. It reduces the likelihood of gear slipping upwards on the body in the water, resulting in the tank hitting the back of the head during a dive.
A continuous piece of nylon webbing provides strength, yet is soft and won't dig into the body. This crotch strap includes a neoprene sleeve to protect your exposure suit from abrasion. -
