The strong double-laminated polyurethane coated fabric is incredibly tough and actually SHEDS water like a raincoat. Self-sealing zippers close completely to prevent sand or debris from getting caught in zipper teeth.
The ratcheting CAM-LOK Tank Band - the easiest tank band to use, working much like ski and snowboard bindings - adapts to a wide variety of tank sizes. No more wetting a nylon web band and weaving it through a buckle.
The patented EZ-LOK Weight Release System is extremely easy to use. The weight pouches glide SMOOTHLY into the pockets! No more fiddling to get them in, even with the tank on the back already.
A quilted Backpad (same design as a Porche!) and adjustable Lumbar Pad, uniquely elegant and functional, enable a diver to adjust for the most comfortable fit. A carrying handle is concealed behind the backpad.
2 plastic and 4 custom 316 Stainless Steel D-rings with Titanium PVD coating are corrosion-resistant and strategically placed for convenience. DIVE RITE CLASSIC XT WING

- The CLASSIC XT Wing (model BC 5400) is the workhorse of DIVE RITE's series of wings. With a history dating back to our early days, the Classic Wing has been dived and proven many times over, leading the way for divers to penetrate deep into caves, explore shipwrecks, or cruise comfortably deep on an ocean ledge. Designed solely for double tanks and with the option of a single or dual bladder, the CLASSIC XT provides 65lbs/27.2kg of lift, which can accommodate two 104ft3/17l back mounted cylinders and two 80ft3/11l stage bottles.
Supporting heavy doubles and stage bottles is one thing, but being able to properly balance and stabilize that amount of heavy gear for proper trim while swimming is where the CLASSIC XT really shines. The donut-shape design provides excellent stability and control while diving by keeping a volume of inflation on the top, sides, and bottom. This, along with an optional integrated Gusset Control System (GCS - bungee straps on 1 side of the wing that can be removed) that reduces “taco” effect, promotes effective streamlining and puts buoyancy where it is most needed (throughout the torso supporting the weight of the tanks) for superior horizontal trim. The GCS is not like a bungee wing because it does not restrict airflow; instead, the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control, yet allows the wing to inflate to its full capacity.
Designed to handle the extremes, the CLASSIC XT is built using the rugged SuperFabric® brand technology XT material that creates an armor-clad outer shell that is impervious to damaging pinches and cuts, along with a 1680 ballistic nylon diver's side panel. Inside the SuperFabric® outer shell a heavy-duty, 210 denier nylon laminated bladder enhances the ruggedness and superior performance of the CLASSIC XT.
The CLASSIC XT comes equipped with a choice of a 12- or 16-inch elbowed corrugated inflator hose or a 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump) along with an appropriate low-pressure inflation hose. It also has two sets of marine-grade 316 stainless steel grommet mounting holes for attaching the wing to a harness and set of tanks.
As a part of DIVE RITE's modular BCD system, the Classic XT can be matched with either a TransPac® XT, Transplate, or any metal back plate and webbing harness.

The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material combines extraordinary strength and durability with the unique ability to dry almost instantly. No matter how long you dive, the ZODIAC+ will not absorb a single drop of water. After a dive, just a quick rinse and it will be dry in minutes. The TPU material will NOT degrade from UV exposure. Known as photo-degradation, exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun brutalizes most materials, causing cracking, fading, loss of flexibility and strength. But TPU has exceptional resistance to UV rays, so the ZODIAC will not fade even from long hours of exposure to sunlight.
This Double Coated TPU material is extremely durable, and as a result SHERWOOD increased the warranty on the bladder from 2 years to 5 years.

The Ranger was the first BC to combine high quality heavy duty construction, weight integration and rear flotation. Its introduction created a new category of buoyancy systems and made it the most imitated BC in history. But its incredible versatility is what keeps knowledgeable divers recommending it year after year. Our modular construction allows the Ranger to transition between tropical travel diving, rugged cold water diving in wet or dry suits, single or twin cylinders, and even technical diving (with optional bladder assemblies having up to dual 85 lb lift redundant bladder assemblies and easily mounted backplates).
Use the practical Bx Coupler to rinse the inside of the bladder. Simply unscrew the Bx Coupler from the Power Inflator, and screw onto a standard garden hose.
Constructed of heavily reinforced 1050 denier ballistic nylon, the Ranger is compatible with a variety of options and accessories, including bladders, pockets, hard backplates, and custom gear attachment components.
Our personal note: All RANGER BCs are very durable, you will certainly be able to do hundreds of dives with either of them. The RANGERs are highly adjustable and you can configure them to your specific needs. We love them! We don't think it's the best solution as a permanent BC for using double tanks but it's a great option to have if you are using a double tank only occasionally.

The RANGER JR is a quality BC made specifically for children. Using the same rugged construction as the legendary Ranger BC, the RANGER JR utilizes our Personal Fit System to let you change out specific sections of the BC so it can grow right along with your child.
The waist panel of the RANGER JR can be adjusted out to add several inches of growth room in the waist area. The shoulder section can be replaced with larger sections when the child starts inching up past the "knee high to a grasshopper" stage. Combined with the same quality in material and construction, this flexibility ensures this BC will last for many years, so you won’t have to buy a new BC after every growth spurt. (Unlike those running shoes.)

The new LTD now comes standard in Black, a good looking, rich color that compliments any suit or other gear color combination. The shoulder is designed with the new super duty Airloc buckle that will swivel to adjust the harness to the body’s contour to eliminate binding and restriction of movement at the chest and underarm areas.
With the addition of harness type webbing and a new threading arrangement the diver can easily add more D-rings and other accessories conveniently on the shoulder. This feature will now allow the technical and accessory minded diver to further set-up his BC to what he needs for the type of diving he is doing. We have also added a right-hand shoulder dump with a pull knob located conveniently on the inside edge of the right shoulder pad. The dump valve acts also as an additional safety overpressure valve.
